Ensure that stakeholder’s money is being spent wisely, and be able to provide a status of all fixed assets if ever requested by the stakeholders.
The asset inventory team will make a sweep through the buildings, and apply a barcode and/or RFID property tag to every fixed asset. All appropriate data pertaining to each asset will be recorded using state-of-the-art barcode and RFID data collection terminals, including: location, room, description, manufacturer, and serial number.
Asset inventory data is provided to client in .csv format for ingestion by backend system (SAP, Oracle, etc.), in .xls format or loaded to Virtual Doxx’s SmartTraxx Asset Management System for staff asset data accessibility and day-forward asset tracking.
