Virtual Doxx Corporation provides our clients with accurate, effective, and efficient solutions for major moveable property inventory, physical fixed asset inventory counts, personal property audits, market and replacement valuations, ledger reconciliations, and turn-key asset management solutions.

Our small, highly trained and experienced project teams will work in close proximity to each other and methodically progress through the facilities. Small project teams provide greater consistency in the data collection process, and minimizes our “footprint” at client sites.
The inventory teams have traveled the globe to provide inventory services for our clients. Our teams have successfully completed asset inventories in five continents, 23 countries, 48 states, and countless cities.
Our inventory specialists are very sensitive to employees, and make every attempt to minimize disruptions. We utilize highly trained and experienced professionals to perform asset inventories. All of our Inventory Specialists are background screened, credentialed, bonded and insured.

Services often include bar code and/or RFID tagging of assets and data capture relative to asset information. Data is provided to client as .xls / .csv data and/or can be ingested by our SmartTraxx Asset Management System software.
